Current Preview Implementation

This test preview contains informational pages and links to email, a verified HighLevel consultation calendar, and a verified HighLevel resource-request form for the Referral Reliability Framework. General inquiries and Operational Pre-Assessment requests currently use email fallbacks in the test preview; no raw HTML form collects those submissions. Native HighLevel form and survey elements are being configured separately and must be confirmed before launch.

Items Pending Legal Review

The production Privacy Policy will be finalized only after the business owner confirms the website’s actual tools, data flows, and operating practices with qualified legal counsel. The review will address:

  • Categories of information collected through forms, scheduling, email, resource requests, analytics, and other enabled tools.
  • Purposes for collection and use, including consultation follow-up, resource delivery, and any optional marketing communications.
  • Third-party service providers, data retention, security practices, and applicable visitor rights and request procedures.
  • Cookie or tracking disclosures and any email or SMS consent, frequency, opt-out, and A2P requirements that apply to the final implementation.
  • Applicable state and federal requirements based on the business’s confirmed activities and launch configuration.

Test-Data Boundary

Testers should use non-sensitive sample information only. Do not submit patient information or protected health information through this preview, its email links, resource forms, or scheduling links.

Production Release Gate

Before production launch, this status page must be replaced by counsel-approved policy language that matches the final forms, CRM, scheduling, email, analytics, consent, and retention configuration. Publication of this preview does not complete that legal review.
